Your privacy is our top priority. To ensure 100% discretion, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no mention of "RealTouch Lab" or the specific contents of the package on the outside. The sender will be listed as a neutral name to ensure your 100% privacy.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Estimates & Rates
- Domestic (Hong Kong): 3-5 business days. Free shipping on orders over $50 USD.
- International Shipping (US, Europe, Worldwide): 7-15 business days.
- Free International Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all international orders over $79 USD. For orders under $79 USD, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
RealTouch Lab is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
